At antimaison9, all sales are final. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products sold through our store, except as expressly stated in this policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays once dispatched

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details prior to completing their purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing loucameup@gmail.com.

Your claim must include:

  • Full name used on the order

  • Order number

  • Clear, unedited photos of the item and packaging

  • A detailed description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence within the 48-hour window may result in denial of the claim.

If the claim is approved at our sole discretion, we will issue store credit only equal to the purchase price of the affected item.

We do not provide refunds to original payment methods.
We do not guarantee replacements, as inventory may be limited.

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be reversed once issued

  • Does not cover original shipping fees


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons that violate this policy.

In the event of a chargeback for a non-qualifying reason, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the claim with evidence of this policy

  • Recover associated fees

  • Refuse future service

  • Pursue further action if necessary


Shipping Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, AM9 is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have certain mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period.

To exercise such rights, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lou Came Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
